I am one of those people who seem to have intolerences to various foods and preservatives.  I seem to come from a long line of people with various food issues and I also have passed this on to my daughter.  I have been viewing my list of foods that I can’t have as a negative for some years.  I have decided to see it as a positive and an opportunity to experiment with recipes.  I am also trying to be creative with what I serve to my family.
